The service here was good. The bagel roll tasted as if the oil was a little old but other than that it was delicious. On cashier was being stingy with the spicy mayo. Give me at least three for the four rolls I have one isn't going to cut it. Would like to see more of their coupons in the mail but their 3X2 is fine and the 1.99 weekly special w$30 is also good.

Visited today, ordered the lunch special, which was $7.95, also had a taste for rock shrimp. The food was freshly prepared. I love their sushi, since I always go to the one located in Doral. The establishment is kind of cramp, wished that it was in a bigger place. I asked about the free roll offered by Yelp and the owner stated that he did not authorized it. Nice place to come if you are a sushi lover. They need bigger establishment. I was in a sushi mode , I went there for their $7.95 lunch, the Sushi of the day was Soho roll. It came with Miss soup, saw that their expanding their location to next door for a better dine-in experience. .

The food was ok not bad but not necessarily amazing considering what you're paying. Yes they're fast and fairly fresh. However their prices don't match the look of the place nor the quality of the food unfortunately. I think if they rethink the concept they'd get a better overall quality.

I bought a 25 dollar gift card from sushirunner online about a week ago. sushirunner.com/giftcard… you can see if you click on the link there is a option where you can purchase a giftcard online. I called sushirunner and asked about my giftcard the employer said they do not sell giftcards online. I asked the manager and he also said they don't sell giftcards online. just let ur guys know,do not click their website for buying giftcard.

Slow delivery. Took an hour and 30 minutes to deliver. This is the new location in Miami Lakes. Hope they get better. The food was not as appealing due to the long delivery delay.

My co workers wanted to get food here one Friday. The place delivers which was great because we were looking for easy and convenient but still good food. This place was a miss for me. We called to place the order and the woman who answered could not take the order. She was so confused. She had to keep putting me on hold to ask the manager for confirmation. I asked for Red Curry with Vegetables only...easy enough right? She paused for a long moment and then placed me on hold. When she came back, I said, "I'd like it extra spicy please" and she placed me on hold again. Then when it came to placing my coworkers orders, it was the same thing, on hold, on hold, on hold, while she asked someone in the background questions. It wasn't a complicated order. We didn't deviate from the menu options except for the red curry with vegetables instead of chicken. Placing the order was very difficult and time consuming. When everything arrived, it was all correct surprisingly. My red curry only had green and red peppers inside with maybe two small carrots...weird but ok. The flavor of the sauce was decent so I basically ate white rice with sauce and a tempura sushi roll for $22.00 but that was because of tax, delivery fee and tip. I think it I had dined in, it would have been SLIGHTLY less. That's too much to spend on a mediocre lunch, that's for sure. I doubt I'll order from here again. Prices are too high and I've had much better for way less. Just my opinion.

Way too much rice in these sushi rolls & expensive, considering. 2 oz of ponzu i requested $2. Meh. Don't see more of this in my future.

I'm really surprised this place only has 3 stars. I read the reviews and mostly because of the delivery. I've only dined in and the few times have been great from customer service to the food. The cashier/server was always checking up on us and making sure we are ok. Fast service but maybe because the times I've been were not busy. They have a special of buy 2 rolls get 1 free. Favorites are volcano roll and dragon roll. For a fast food sushi place, it can be pricey but way better than Iron Sushi as with the size of the rolls. Check out the pics and see for yourself.

So I broke down and ordered delivery from here again today since healthy delivery in this area is almost nonexistent. I ordered the brother roll, the sister roll and the mango ceviche (the 3 for 2 appetizer special) as my lunch since I am avoiding rice and it was actually really tasty. I think they remembered me because the manager called me to confirm my order this time. It arrived in only 30 minutes, but they are still quite expensive ($22 for today's lunch). Something I won't order often, but it works when I just cannot get out of the office.

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE CREDIT CARD FRAUD! I am super careful with my cards and always order from the same places I have been ordering from for years. Then one day, I decided to order from sushi runner. That same day, there was tons of fraudulent activity on my credit card around the area sushi runner is located. DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE. A THIEF WORKS HERE. Besides that fact, the sushi is terrible. it was super overpriced and not fresh at all. I ate two pieces and threw the rest out. Don't eat here. don't waste your time or your money. I certainly won't ever order from this gross place again.

I absoluetly love sushi runner for dine in. The rolls are huge and delicious. They also have a great variety of sushi as well as non sushi items. The major drawback and main factor why this place only has 3 stars: the delivery! Do yourself a favor and either dine in or not at all. The delivery service is ridiculously slow, as well as rude. I have ordered 3 times for delivery and have never had a good experience. The first time they took 45 minutes and the order came incomplete. The 2nd and 3rd times I've ordered from here they have always taken over 1 1/2 hours to arrive with my food and it's come warm ( not a good thing for sushi ). When I've called to check the eta of my food, the employees have been rude and disrespectful. I've even asked to speak to the supervisor, and have gotten hung up on. That said, if you're dining in, your experience will most probably be phenomenal, however, delivery here, simply doesn't work.

Very small space, very long wait times, very expensive, and not the best quality. My order to feed 4 was about $70- and we got the cheapest stuff on the menu! Make sure to look at their hours ahead- or you could be standing there with a closed shop. I can get better sushi at Publix. Meh only if your real desperate.

Good sushi but a bit expensive. Charge extra for spicy mayo that's not even 2 tablespoons.

I was excited when I heard about this place that delivers sushi so close to my house. Delivery was faster than the 45 minutes we were told it would take, but unfortunately our order was all wrong when it arrived. The chop my boyfriend ordered had chicken instead of steak and the sushi roll I ordered tasted like a ball of rice. Super dry. They only sent soy sauce, but not the spicy mayo or eel sauce it said the roll came with. The girl who answered the phone had no customer service skills and zero interest in taking our order. I was still hoping the food would be good, but I was sadly disappointed. Will not be ordering from this place again.

I've had sushi from this location delivered to me at my job about four times now. I'm like one block away from this place so the delivery time is usually about 20-30 min max (sometimes even 15 min). Obviously, the distance plays a big factor in the delivery time being so fast. The sushi is good. It's like fast food sushi, basically. I've tried the Tuna Tataki, Hosomaki Bento Box, Eel Lover Bento Box, Wakame Salad, and Gyoza. They've all been fairly well made. No complaints about the food. The Bento Boxes also come with a side salad or soup (your choice). Also, if you order before 3pm, you get lunch pricing, which knocks off about $1-$2 off the dinner pricing.

I never write a review but this is the exception! I just ordered a chicken salad something simple enough I thought. I wanted a nice fresh salad but received a sweaty moist salad. They topped the salad with hot steamy chicken and like potatoe chip strips which were soggy and melting on the salad. Even in Burger King they give you the hot chicken in a separate container!!!! Yuck never again!
